Merry Christmas

2008 Homeschool Blog Awards

Voting has begun for the 2008 Homeschool Blog Awards. Go check out all of the nominees -- you may find a new favorite. Of course, I hope you'll vote for The Thrifty Homeschooler while you're at it.

Almost Frugal

Here's another cool frugal blog I'm adding to the blogroll:
Almost Frugal
Go check it out.

Tip Nut

I love easy tips. I'm the tip queen. I'd rather read a top-ten list of how to save on groceries than an in-depth, 5-page magazine article any day. So, when I came across TipNut.com I knew I'd found a blog worth bookmarking. I've added it to the blogroll to your left. Check out the other blogs in the sidebar -- they're definitely worth checking out.

Thrifty Homeschooler in the Blogosphere

One more post to share from Margaret Mary. She wrote a very nice review of the Thrifty Homeschooler Yahoo Group as well as said a nice thing or two about this blog. Thank you MM!

Here is the ultimate support and resource for homeschooling…or for just living a frugal lifestyle. Maureen Wittmann started the Thrifty Homeschooler Yahoo group over four years ago.

Other Thrifty Homeschooling Blogs

I've added some more thrifty homeschooling blogs to the sidebar for your perusal.

If you know of any others I should add, please leave them in the comments. Thanks!

Homeschool Blog Awards

The 2006 Homeschool Blog Awards are up and running. You have until Friday (Apr. 13) to vote. They have a Thrifty Homeschool category, so especially make sure to check out those blogs. I'm really happy to see this category!!!

I've been terribly negligent of this Thrifty Homeschooler blog. I guess I better get on the ball so I can be nominated next year!
